How we ship?

We use either available Courier Services, Pos Ekspres or the PosLaju, depending on the shipping address.

Will I charged for shipping fees?

Shipping fees will charged if shipping address is in East Malaysia.

How much is the shipping and handling charged?

RM6.00 and above. Depending on state area.

If any additional duties, customs charges is applicable ?

Please note that any additional duties, custom charges, DDP, VAT, associated fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Estimated time of delivery?

In most cases, your order will be sent our the next day of the payment made if payment made before 4 pm and items are in stock. 7-14 days dependings on customs clerance for Registered Mail.

Any Returns or Exchange?

Goods return within 7 days in GOOD CONDITION and money refund. Return delivery charges are not included.
